What we can do for SME’s?
We grew up in big multinational companies in industry and pharma.
The process improvement methodologies we use have been developed by investing hundreds of millions to optimize over decades, what now is called proven methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, DFSS, Operational Excellence, TPM and e.g. Hoshin Kanri.
All of that has become common knowledge and can be found on the internet or asked to AI. So nothing special anymore… Only, if you do not have the expertise to choose the right elements from all these toolkids and do not have experience in deploying them, it feels lke a too big hurdle to take!
That’s why it hass not been very accessible for SME’s so far. And AchieV wants to change this!
The tools in these methodologies can actually be applied to any process you want to optimize.
As long as you can measure the process and have variance in the outcome, you can use these tools to help these processes continuously to be improved until you have record breaking results.
AchieV’s solution is designed to have very easy to configure solutions with which we immediately can start measuring all relevant process parameters and start driving Performance Dialogues and Problem Solving based on what we see in these KPI measurements.
